He exploded onto the European Challenge Tour by winning the second event of the 2007 season, the Abierto Mexicano Corona, worth €37,248. A further four top ten finishes enabled him to finish 11th in the final Rankings.
Fabrizio was introduced to the game at the age of two when he used to “run behind my father with a small stick and a ball. I’m not saying I was playing at that age, but I already had the bug.” He went on to become Paraguay’s top ranked amateur player for six years before turning professional in 2003.
