Whether you are a complete beginner or an accomplished player the Right Sided
Swing will work for you. Forget traditional teaching methods that tell you to ‘turn’, ‘shift your weight’ ‘hinge your wrist’, ‘release’, the list goes on. All these terms are confusing and rarely solve the faults in your golf swing.
The Right Sided Swing breaks down technical boundaries, we simply believe that by setting up with the correct body angles and by maintaining these angles throughout, returning the club back to impact is a simple process. This is the key to building a consistently powerful and efficient swing.
You may have been told that you ‘sway’, ‘slide’, ‘tilt’, ‘come over the top’, ‘swing too flat’, ‘swing too upright’, ‘get too steep in the downswing’; all of these faults occur when the body angles change during the swing. It is our instant fixing of lifelong flaws that has formed the reputation of the effectiveness of the Right Sided Swing.
Setup is almost the exact image of what you should look like at impact. Getting your body angles correct at address is essential as it makes the whole process of retuning the club to impact simple.
We start the swing sequence by moving the club back with the hand and arms but we keep the body angles the same. The key to a simple swing, there is very little turn at this point.
The arms have pulled the body around, but the body angles have stayed the same as we rotate, that is why the swing is so consistent.
Because we have maintained body angles going back, we can just swing the arms back down.
We look the same at impact as address; this is the key to better ball striking.
The right side now turns around the left side: a picture finish.
